Our Team at Luxe Aesthetics

Dr. Renzo A. Zaldívar trained in ophthalmology at the Mayo Clinic and specialized in ophthalmic pathology at Emory University. He completed two years in Oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery, earning membership in the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (ASOPRS), which recognizes fewer than 600 members globally. Dr. Zaldívar has authored over 20 publications and has been listed in America’s Top Ophthalmologists since 2009. He recently joined the University of North Carolina’s Department of Ophthalmology and cares for veterans at the Fayetteville Veteran’s Hospital while enjoying traveling and time with his wife and kids.

Dr. Hudgins graduated from Appalachian State University in 1989 earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in biology. In 1993, he earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston, College of Optometry. Dr. Hudgins completed an externship in primary eye care at the Womack Army Medical Center General Optometric Clinic. He also completed two tertiary externships at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center concentrating in Corneal and Anterior Segment Pathology and Neurological Ocular Disorders.

Liz Henry, PA-C, is a dedicated provider at Luxe Aesthetics, committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care. With a background in Nutrition from NC State and a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from James Madison University, she brings extensive clinical training and expertise. Liz has received professional training in cosmetic injectables and works closely with our physicians to ensure comprehensive treatment. She takes pride in educating patients and making complex medical concepts easy to understand. Outside of work, she enjoys the beach, exercising, and trying new restaurants. Ask her about her mini dachshund, Biscotti!

Born and raised in North Carolina, Ginny is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best through personalized, natural-looking aesthetic treatments. With over 8 years of experience practicing in a surgical specialty, Ginny has developed a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the precision and procedural nuances essential to oculoplastics and aesthetics. She especially enjoys performing in-office procedures, including injectables, and takes pride in creating results that enhance each patient’s unique features. Outside of the office, Ginny loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and their golden doodle. She enjoys staying active, whether trying a new workout class or taking a long walk outdoors. She also loves traveling, exploring new places, and discovering great food. When they’re not traveling, Ginny and her family enjoy spending time in the beautiful North Carolina mountains.

Alexandra Burklow, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant specializing in oculofacial plastic surgery and aesthetics at Luxe Aesthetics.

Alexandra earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and is NCCPA board certified. Most recently, she practiced with LewisGale Neurosurgery in Salem, Virginia, where she cared for both inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical patients, assisted in surgery, and managed pre- and postoperative care.

At Luxe Aesthetics, Alexandra works alongside our physicians to evaluate and treat patients with oculoplastic conditions. She brings a strong surgical background, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach to her work, helping expand access to specialized oculofacial care throughout North Carolina.

Victoria Rois Mendez, RN, is a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with a strong background in aesthetics and patient care.

Victoria is dedicated to providing personalized, thoughtful care and works alongside Dr. Renzo Zaldivar to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals with confidence and comfort. Her approach combines clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping each patient feel heard, informed, and cared for throughout their aesthetic journey.

With a strong commitment to safety, education, and natural-looking results, Victoria takes the time to understand each patient’s individual goals and create a personalized experience. She is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their skin while maintaining results that are refined, balanced, and natural.
