Our teams and systems are built to let you focus on what you do best—providing exceptional outcomes—while we handle the logistics, scheduling, and patient experience with precision. What We’re Building:

A first-of-its-kind innovative network of Regional Affiliate Surgeons practicing 1 week/month
-
Opportunities across established Luxe locations as well as new and emerging markets and patient populations

All travel costs covered including flights, hotel accommodation and ground transportation
-
Fully supported sites with Luxe-trained Physician Assistants, ambulatory surgery center access, and in-office procedure rooms

Centralized infrastructure including marketing, referrals and scheduling, patient care coordination, and billing
-
A collaborative brand and culture focused on exceptional care and sustainable growth
Who We're Looking For:

Training and certification from organizations like ASOPRS (American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery)
-
ASOPRS fellowship preferred, but not required
-
Highly skilled in a range of oculofacial surgical techniques, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Team-oriented professionals who value precision, autonomy, and collaboration

​A passion for pushing the boundaries of what's possible in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, actively seeking to redefine the status quo and improve patient outcomes.

Surgeons ready to commit to 1 week/month for at least one year
